This is an outcomes-based programme recognised by the HRDC and is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage an accredited training institution (ETP) in this changing educational landscape of Botswana. It is a 5-day workshop based on the outcome:

        ‘Lead and manage an educational institution’, Level 6

Anyone who is in senior position in a BQA accredited Education and Training Provider (ETP) is required to attend this training to equip them on areas of educational management such as supervision in institutions, delegation of authority, managing teaching and learning, resourcing an institution for results, programme design and development and quality assurance of an educational institution in line with BQA requirements

This programme provides continuous development for institutional heads, departmental heads and other senior staff in an accredited education and training provider (ETP).
