These services are designed to equip trainees with specific skills to address identified skills gaps and improve productivity.  A summary of the programmes is outlined below:

1. MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS

Equips persons in lower, middle and senior management positions with competencies to effectively and efficiently manage and supervise their workforce to achieve set goals and targets. The topics/modules are: • Management functions • Leadership and motivation • Delegation • Principles of supervision • Communication principles • Conflict resolution This is offered as a 5-day workshop.

2. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Participants adopt strategies to attract and retain customers. Topics/modules covered include: • Principles of customer service • Effect of attitudes and habits on customer service • Effective communication • Dealing with difficult customers • Projecting a professional image • Developing and effective and efficient customer service system in your organisation This course is offered as a 3-day workshop

3. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This programme prepares trainees to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of their own emotions and how to manage them as well as empathising and managing the emotions of others (internal and external clients) to ensure business growth. 3/5 days’ workshop All the above training programmes are recognised by HRDC and organisations paying the Training Levy qualify to claim the cost of training their employees from the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF)
